The legislative documents listed under roman numeral V above may be obtained
in the following manner:
House Document Room (202) 225-3456, in Room B18, House Annex 2, located at
2nd and D streets, SW, in Washington, D.C., across the street from Federal
Center Southwest metro station. You may obtain a copy of the ADA, the
House Committee reports, or the conference report by:
i) ordering them by document number (as listed above) over the telephone
or;
ii) stopping by the document room to pick them up during their hours of
9-6, Monday through
Friday.

Office Building, located on Constitution Avenue between 1st and 2nd streets,
NE, in Washington, D.C.
You may obtain copies of the ADA, the Senate Committee report or the
conference report by:
i) sending a written request identifying the document number you would
like (as listed above) to:

or;
ii) stopping by the document room during their hours of 9-5:30, Monday
through Friday.
* Senate Subcommittee on the Handicapped has since been renamed the Senate
Subcommittee on Disability Policy to conform to what is now the
currently preferred terminology.
